It was Mr TS's Christmas present. I just happened to buy myself a ticket too.
Sorry FC I would have told you if I had known Scott was going to be there.
My party? Is that is because I had a meal out tonight.It is the only thing I have eaten today. Not updated my sig yet but down another 1.5lb this morning. So have lost half stone with 24 days to go.
My birthday is before my party though!
Well done Tinyshoes :T:T0 -

Big hugs FC for today - your post last night made me very angry at these people who are putting your DS through so much, and very upset for you as a Mum as we all want to protect.

Good morning all, lovely and sunny here again:D
Brought my tomato seeds in a few days ago to try to give them a boost, was trying to get them going in one of those plastic greenhouses but I think the temperature was too variable in there, they have finally come throughSurprisingly low at 2 syns each. I have a carrier bag full ready to take to cuba next week to give out to the kids.
Absolutely adored Cuba, lovely people that seem to be very happy. Just glad we went before they started talking to the Americans again because I think they will ruin the country, probably be crawling with MacDonalds' soon and that sort of thing, all the normal "improvements" Americans demand. As others have said, things like cheap pencils etc make them very happy, and we gave away our hotel toiletries, and I did take things like tampons that you simply do not see there.
I don't know where in Cuba you are going, but the only places where prices are not controlled are the markets. We took the hotel minibus there and they told us we could negotiate so we thought it was time for fun, until we got there. The prices started at literally pennies. They do wonderful carvings with hooves too.
They did rather put us off hiring a car though, we were told (don't know if it is true) that it was automatically life in prison if you kill a cow in your car :eek:Not done the old levels yet they are so annoying
That is an understatement :mad::mad::mad:
Good luck with your chat today FC, I hope you can help them understand DS2.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

I only went and caught up and saw your OP in the last hour!:cool::rotfl:
I wouldn't worry about it being five of them (trust me you're more equipped to speak, orally, to a group than I am - the whole problem of my condition is communication (it's a communication disorder) and a "careful thinking about what you say before you say it", which slows me down - or I often lose my train of thread in speech and fail to make the relevant point that I could easily do when writing things down. Most people do not seem to have this problem!).
I'd just speak to them as normal people (if only I could get my words out, and in the 'right' tone, all the time:rotfl:) - just speak to them normally, appropriate to their age, and work on the assumption that they aren't nasty, they just don't know. I think most people aren't intentionally nasty, unless they have got something wrong with them. Kids tend to be kids - they are cruel; they don't realise and it's because they don't realise, that they are cruel, rather than intending to be that way! I would hope - perhaps I am too naive in my thinking that way, but I'd hope it was true.
EDIT: There you are, I've dealt comprehensively with every point in your OP now!:cool::rotfl:
