Here we go - I've hit a goodie!:D:T GLITCH ALERT VS MORRIES (sorry N Ireland, this sort of thing is likely only to happen on manual collections):

2 x ASDA Chosen by You Tikka Chicken Breast Slices (20...£5.00£1.00

This is showing M price in red, so do need to buy two it appears. A mbuy vs (allegedly) M mbuy:rotfl:. These are 200g:). So, CBY tikka version for about SP Chicken Roll price.

This brought the shopping receipt bill down somewhat vs Morries. Despite the nasty Strawberries going £1.50 vs £2.67 again:(. Receipt is yesterday now - early evening!:D:T

Nice find Savvy :T Well done

Was it cold there today? We had a lovely sunny day

My memory is just as bad :o or rather things creep up on me much sooner than I expect them to. I know about them but think they are further away :o

Didn't spend long enough there to find out. Drove 3 and half hours in nice warm car, not too hot, sun shone all the way there.

I then cleaned the grotty bathroom floor at DDs that had turned into a swimming pool I kid you not. Gross. :o

DD took me to morries for quick snack and cuppa and then I was on the return trip on the train by 14.15 so missed being exposed to any elements today.

Would imagine if its yesterday, it'll be ok until next price check?......whenever that is? :o Monday?

I am strictly not shopping this weekend though. Family time and in between that sorting the garden out. I do need stuff but it can wait until Monday. not often we are all here at the same time.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: am glad I'm not the only one who goes to visit kids and ends up cleaning  :rotfl:

Although I have to say since DS1 got his own place it's nowhere near as grotty. He is renting out rooms to other students but he seems to be keeping them in line :D they are all friends though.

His first year digs were a different story  The bathroom was _pale_

    Grrrrrr hehehe

Actually, loos at Waterloo are 30p !!!! but luckily I used my Disabled Access key and that toilet was free :money:

    Goodnight all

The loos in the pub were free. ;)

So I got comfy seat and use of loo for fiver with glass of fizz thrown in for free. :rotfl:

I do think with how much money goes through Waterloo with commuters they could provide free toilets for all and a comfortable seating area if you have a long wait between connections. I feel an email coming along to South west trains after they blocked MSE. ;)

    Night 3dogs x

Both DS and DD started off in really terrible properties....disgraceful really but as they have progressed through uni, they have improved each year....both are now in lovely homes.....which they should be ......as the rent they are paying is extortionate:o

I could tell you some stories:o

Having said all that I'm not sure they would have had it any other way..they've had lots of laughs along the way and it's been a tough learning curve but they now value what they have, are able to budget and appreciate life at home.

I did onions, shallots, potatoes and garlic last weekend.

Today I did carrots, parsnips, broad beans, runner beans, peas, beetroot, radish, leeks and baby leeks and a whole load of salad. a plethora of flowers too :D

I'll tell you what though I covered my raised beds up over winter/spring. with old doors, boards and whatever else I could find. What a huge difference it has made  they were almost totally weed free. just needed a bit of digging over and some fertiliser. That part of my garden looks like step toes yard but I'm keeping the doors and boards for this year end :o it has saved a massive amount of work
