    I didn't have much bother spending my £36.61 one.It looks like my record has been broken though.I did post mine on here.

    I did get it trade price what they were offered part exchange so a very good deal. ;) She did get it serviced and did tell me they had a problem with one window and seal was done under their warranty. I can see the damage that caused tiny bubbling on the wall but it feels solid now. The new leak was in locker above that window.

    I didn't get round to getting it serviced last year so it's my fault if things have gone unnoticed. :o Have got it booked in this year but didn't realise how far in advance I needed to do it so no slots until July. :eek:

    Need to get a cheap damp/moisture meter without prongs really don't really want to put holes in the walls unnecessarily!
