Sorry nothing definitive, try different browsers, clearing cookies, private mode etc. it's very hit and miss but old site is defo more 'generous' than the new although one or two are coming out at MUCH bigger on the new site so will print those on there rest on old site, sometimes it just a few pence but so far have had 4 that varied by between £2 - £4, haven't got time to analyse too much cos still got a few more to print......Then I gotta try using them all :eek::eek::eek::rotfl: :beer:

Thanks but checked and photos/camera enabled on that app. It is when I use the camera itself too though, not just in an app

Is there no option to slide it to off? As you won't need or use the app, then there's no need for it to be enabled. It may not help, but it might.
If you can't sort it, go into the Apple Store when you get a chance. Honestly can't fault their customer service and have never had a problem they haven't fixed.
