I am yes, was told on Thursday, the person who served me didn't know how to refund!!! That someone would ring me later that day!!! They rang last night about 7.30 said would put voucher back in, there not there yet, so will give it till Monday and ring again.
Don't mind missing reordering before Tuesday and can't claim any more vouchers till the 1st

On this one it is not a glitch - it is the offer price in S (taken from their website) that you are matching. As a result it is easier to challenge I would think (though of course your vouchers may have been generated through a glitch )? It does demonstrate that there are some normal circumstances when a large apg will be generated.

Quick question - do printer inks match on apg? T keep having offers on which may then be a good item to use up some vouchers.
