Is there a motgage calculator out there on the net which can let you work out how much you will owe each year during the duration of your mortgage depending on how much you repay each year including overpayments.
All the ones i can find are all pretty simple and work on the assumption youll pay a certain amount a month for the full duration (usually 25yrs), it doesn take into account overpayments

The software at the link I mentioned lets you hack in one off payments or payment sequences when you want. There are a few U$ based features that are of no use but the central mortgage engine is good. It's only a 2Mb download and you don't have to be online to use it.
