Tesco Mortgages

Hi,
Just wondering whether anyone had any experiences (good or bad) with Tesco mortgages at all? Or anything that's hidden etc?
I'm looking to remortgage and looking at the Tesco 1.59% fixed over 2 years with the £195 product fee. So cost over the 2 years is totaling £9,795. This also covers basic valuation and legal work.
There is a Tesco 1.29% but that has a £995 fee also which over the 2 years will total £10,259.
I was going to go with the Natwest 1.45% fixed over 2 years, but that has a product fee of £995 too, so overall cost over the 2 years is totaling £10,441.
Looking at borrowing £99k over 25 years.
