Hi,
OK, bit more detail required,
when did you take out the loan ?
How much was it for ?
How long since you paid anything towards it ?

I was just about to say the same thing, in all my years of dealing with Wescot on a day to day basis, they're generally one of the easier to deal with. All they want is some form of payment. Draw up a financial statement, work out what you can afford to pay to your creditors and see what happens from there. In the meantime, to get them off your back send them a letter asking for 14/28 day hold on the account while you seek advice in drawing up a financial statement with a view to making offers. They're generally fine, don't panic.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
