re-mortgage my house to buy a delelict house

I want to re-mortgage my house to buy a derelict house at auction.
I've read that there are mortgages available to do this that let me stay in my existing house while I make the new house habitable. I then sell my old house and transfer/pay-off the mortgage.
Does anyone know of a provider who offers this mortgage?

There are Lenders that are OK with this.
It depends on the figures involved and your income and credit history.
