OK..i think OP needs to stop, breathe a little and take stock of what is happening.

Many of us know of the real pressures of modern day life, juggling work, family, finance ,relationships etc.

No wonder many of us feel stressed, anxious, depressed, ill etc..

Another poster said they had similar issues and the employer,NHS ,was very supportive.

Thats great and that poster was lucky to be working in the NHS.

Many other employers are far less supportive and some would terminate your employment very quickly if you didnt show up for work.

The truth is that if you do not turn up for work and do your job, then you are possibly in breach of your employment contract. Its as simple as that.

Employers may be supportive initially but after a while, you will become a problem and a liability and if they see no change or no hope, the next step will be to either outright fire you or slowly manage you out the door.

The best solution is to break down the issues and deal with it.

A book i highly recommend is Brilliant CBT by Dr Stephen Briars.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
