Running/cushioning trainer help

Hi
I am looking to buy a pair of running/cushioning trainers and would like some help please.
I currently have the Asics Gel Kayano trainers which I have had for 2 years as I was going to take up running at the time but now am more of a casual runner.
So I am looking for a very lightweight shoe that also provides a nice level of support that you could walk around in for most of the day without pain in my feet.
I have seen 2 trainers so far that I like which are the Nike Flex 2015 running trainers and the Asics Hyperspeed 6 running trainers.
I wanted to see if anyone has either of these trainers or could provide some recommendations please.
Before someone also says this I do not intend to visit a running shop to see what style of runner I am as I have already done this, i will not be running too much in these trainers so i am not looking for a specific running shoe.
Thanks

I would still visit a proper running shop.
You will be able to tell them what your requirements are and they will be able to steer you in the right direction.
You will also be able to try lots of different types on and usually have a go on the treadmill with them.0 -
I have a neutral gait but need some slight cushioning. I run in Brooks Ghost (currently on model 7). They work perfect for me. However, you really need to go to a proper running shop to try them on and feel what is right for you.
I buy all my shoes from Sweatshop. Good staff, very thorough and they have a 30 day returns guarantee - even if you've run in them. I tried changing to a different brand and while they felt great in the shop they destroyed my feet in them when I ran so I returned them and went back to my trusted Brooks! With our local company discount they are actually pretty reasonable in price too.0 -

Go to a proper running shop and try on as many pairs as you like to find the best shoes for you.
Some folk like me are lucky and can wear whatever shoe they like and never get injured. Others need to be very careful on what shoes they run in to avoid injury.
Never buy shoes based on someone else's suggestion.0
