Hi just looking for some information.
Was recently informed that my case is being transferred to csa3 form csa2.
Would like to know what to expect as a NRP and someone on a self employed basis?

You will have been given a date for the CSA2 case to close (six months from when they write to you). Your best option would be to negotiate a private agreement with the PWC. If that is not possible the PWC (or you) can open a case on the new scheme. When they contact you ask for direct pay and make absolutely sure that you pay on time (and can prove it) otherwise you will find yourself paying monthly charges for them to collect the money from you.
If you make a private arrangement get a formal written agreement and be sure that the PWC signs to say that the money is for child support for named child/children. We now have a private agreement (paying more than the CM calculator figure) and it is working very well.
The calculation will be based on your most recent tax return, but if you have a ltd company and you take most of your income as dividends the PWC will need to apply for a variation to have your full income taken into account.0
