best Mortgages for self employed with depts

Hello, My girl and I are attempting to buy our first home, well actually its a 1 bed flat in london for a stupidly hugh ammount! Does any one know which the best mortgage company is for two self employed actors with a defalt on a credit report?

well firstly that depends on what sort of a deposit you have? what price is the property? one default isnt too bad so don't expect an adverse mortgage. There are mortgage advisers who specialise in mortgages for actors and muscians, many of which have worked in your industry prior to becoming brokers.I am a Mortgage Adviser

We have about 12000 deposit, our max Price we are looking at is 150,000 but more like 130,000. Would you be able to point me in the dirction of any of these advisors.
