First Time Buyer

Hi

I with my partner planning to apply for Mortgage, I earn 35K while my partnet is on 20K. Both have permanent jobs.

We need to get 200,000 as mortgage. Our Experian report is Excellent. Would we be able to get 200,000?

Secondly we have 10K as down payment + 5K for Stamp duty, surveys, solicitor fees etc.

You reckon would we be okay to get mortgage as we planing to go for 5% deposit scheme.?

    Possibly.

Depends as much on outgoings as it does on income.

Enter your details in lenders' online affordability calculators and see what the outputs are.
