Even when I was an advisor for an EA, we used to have a saying "we don't do dates." As we weren't party to what was happening legal-wise.
Once the offer is issued, it's over to the solicitor to do the legal work. Just bear in mind, until everyone in the chain is agreed on a completion date, you can't exchange contracts and you also can't exchange contracts until everyone's paperwork is done with their solicitor.I am a mortgage broker.
