Using credit cards to get cash abroad

Over on the Travel side of the forum, a couple of credit cards (Halifax Clarity, Santander Zero) are recommended for getting travel money from ATMs while abroad because they do not load the exchange rate at all and do not charge a cash advance fee. I've used this method on recent holidays (previously I used a Metro Bank debit card, but this is no longer free worldwide). I pay the credit card off immediately to avoid interest.
Early next year I'm planning to apply for a remortgage. Should I stop using my credit cards in this way while travelling in advance of the application?

Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning

If the card balance is repaid promptly shouldn't impact your mortgage application in the slightest.0
