Something Missing...

Just received the runner up prize I won in the Sofia the first comp last month and an item seems to be missing.


The first 'congratulations' E-mail was misinforming as it asked for costume size-this was rectified with a second email with a list of the prize content:

• Sofia The First Dress-Up Activity Set (1)
• Sofia The First Waterfill Tumbler With Straw (1)
• Sofia The First Figurine Playset (1)
• Rapunzel Figurine Set (1)
• Rapunzel Mug (1)
• Rapunzel Mini Gazebo Play Set (1)

The Box contains all but the Rapunzel mug. I'm not sure what to do(email/facebook them or leave it) as it's merely a mug-I don't want to sound ungrateful which I'm not. Goddaughter will be so pleased the next time I see her

If it was me, I would just leave it and be happy ... but others will say "It's a prize and like if you buy something and there's an item missing you'd complain".

Down to personal preference really and if you can bothered with the hassle

You could maybe send a thank you email to say you are pleased with all the prizes but the mug is missing and you wondered if it was coming separately for some reason or if it was forgotten by accident. well done on the win though lovely prizes xx

thank you- I bit the bullet and emailed them a thank you and made a quick inquiry about the mug and they were forthcoming with an response. The mug was unavailable and was replaced with a Disney Princess Drinks Tumbler that was dispatched after the main parcel so should arrive soon.

the Disney princess Tumbler Arrived in the post this morning
