I tried to do the mascara and wipes online, but it only took off the £3 cosmetics one and not the £5 skincare one also 😞

I think it is because the wipes were the free item.

Can you also use this offer with the £5 and £3 vouchers in store? I've just bought some foundation, day cream and a foundation brush in store, on my receipt it says the £3 voucher had been accepted and automatically taken the £5 off for the over £18 spend but it didn't take my other £5 voucher off? Is this because there is already £5 off when you spend £18 or can the extra £5 voucher also be used with this existing offer?
