Motivation is the hardest thing. Today I caved and had Mcdonalds for lunch! But it did remind me I'm not that keen on it these days!

My biggest tip for keeping up motivation to the gym after work - take you kit into work with you and go straight to the gym after work. That way you don't have the opportunity to flop on the sofa when you get in from work. I'm more likely to go to the gym if I take my kit in with me.

Aleachay don't worry about having slips, it's making them routine that slowly changes how we are and how we do things. Your post actually motivated me to take control and to just decide to change too

On the hunger note, eat lots of good protein. I'm having salads at lunch, huge portions with lots of chicken, tuna or ham. It's allowing me to drop the bread (which I've noticed makes me feel tired and bloated) and it's taken away my mid day snack cravings and tides me over to my dinner around 6ish.

Evenings are my problem too, I must be honest I do feel hungry around 8,30 or 9pm and alot is boredom, so I allow myself 3 jaffa cakes, or 3 rich tea biccies to dunk in my tea, it takes the edge off and feels normal and is within my allowance.

Keep going aleachay, you can do it!!!! Just decide to have a good day and make it happen, you'll feel great for it!!!!
