Prize not received!

Hi,

Last month I won a 3 part prize - £100 of hair care products from Little Lab in Bath and two £100 vouchers for two other shops. I was emailed codes for the two vouchers straight away and asked for my address for the hair care products. 4 weeks later these still haven't arrived so I emailed to ask when to expect them.

I got a reply saying:

'Hello

We sent it weeks ago to the address below.

Maybe check with post office locally. '

I'm going to ring the post office tomorrow but I've had no issues getting any of my other post so i don't really know what to do here???

Has anyone else had similar?

If it's "lost" in the post you'll need to get them to check with the post office, there's not a lot you can do about it. They'll also need to provide some kind of proof of postage or there's not a lot the post office will do about it, if they don't have that then they *should* resend the prize.

Give your local depot a call and go through the motions but I doubt you'll be able to do anything by yourself.
