Santander Application Made - Change Product?

We have an application ongoing for a Santander mortgage. I had the long telephone interview yesterday and decided to stay on my current tracker rate of 0.75 above base rate.
I was told there would be a valuation fee of £330 but went with it. Looking at the Santander site just now I see some deals with no upfront fees and a free valuation and £250 cashback so although I would be paying a few pound more I would be better off going for that.
At this stage then can I change the product I am going for? (the valuation fee has already been taken from my card but I have not yet received the paperwork).
