Hi all,
New to the forum as a member, but have always browsed, now fully fledged and registered.
Looking for some advice on the above along with the following:
Mortgage needed to move house, salary £80k plus and current mortgage £80k but home worth around £95k, have £8+k savings available too.
Wondering what chances of mortgage at around £200k would be on my own application, and secondly if a joint application with my partner who has excellent credit rating and salary of circa £55k, she has possibly £25k savings available.
Any advice on chances are likely? Also, what would best way of applying be?
Thanks in advance.

It all depends on what remains visible on your credit file.
