Thanks again. Spoke to a legal buddy and she suggests the wording is such that the "hearing is vacated" not the date of the hearing.

Low(ell) and behold I received a Notice of Discontinuence through the post. BW legal/Lowell are nothing more than heavy handed crooks.
At the very last minute they folded.
Stick to your guns people, I know it's not easy and is extremely stressful but prevail and read up through the experiences of this website I got the information that helped. Thanks MSE!!!0 -
