Just noticed that VCS has the BPA badge on its website, the writing underneath is very small, i think it says BPA member. They are not a BPA member
I think i may have seen this on their PCN,S also

they could be a member, Excel are a member and this is the sister company
personally, I think they are a member, but you could be mixing up membership compared to which AOS they are using
to clarify, I think they are a member of both trade associations
BUT , they and Excel now use the IAS part of the IPC for appeals
this has been explained in other threads, where in some cases the logos have been compared0 -
How do you know they are not a member of the BPA? They are no longer a member of the BPA Approved Operator Scheme, but that doesn't mean they're not a member of the BPA.Je suis Charlie.0

BPA corporate members , same thing but different
nice n clean BPA logos , use IPC
and drink with the BPA boys at the club
2 different logos , one for corporate members , one for members that use POPLa
more complicated than that , but that's the jist0 -

That's not the same thing.
We know they're not members of the BPA AOS, but they could be members of the BPA.Je Suis Cecil.0 -

been mentioned several times
1: bpa approved operators
2: bpa corporate members
there are different logo,s , check out the logo,s used by VCS against the ones used by Excel
BPA corporate site , check the corporate fees , also read that local councils etc can join , also note the bit underneath
If your organisation is involved in any form of off-street enforcement then you must also become a member of an Accredited Trade Association such as the BPA's Approved Operator Scheme (AOS). Fees for the scheme are below.
this is extra to drinking with the toffs0 -
The logo is too small for me to make out it deffo says BPA and almost sure it says member.
I think I would get more sense out of Frank Gallagher than any of these IPC/BPA/AOS Pi*$ in the same bucket T*Sspots

BPA member that issues tickets and uses POPLa

as you can see , the words on the second , sort of give it away0 -
They are BPA members but not BPA approved operator members, many council's and other companies including bailiffs, debt collectors plus A N Others are BPA members.0

How many more times? It is perfectly possible for a company to be a member of the BPA yet not be a member of the BPA Approved Operator Scheme.
This is the BPA AOS logo:
Can you see that on the VCS website? Hint: no.
This is the BPA members' logo:
Is that on the VCS website? Looks like it. Ergo, VCS is almost certainly a member of the BPA, but not a member of the Approved Operator Scheme.
n.b. there is nothing to prevent them being members of both the BPA and the IPC, as indeed it seems they are.Je suis Charlie.0
