Missed delivery

Had a missed delivery today. Phoned Royal Mail hub and consignment is in 2 parts and from Iceland (the company not the country).
Searched the forum but none the wiser.
Does anyone have any ideas please.

Could be the banquet but coming from royal mail it will not be frozen food. No winning email. Didn't enter actifry one.

Was not a win but some stuff I had forgot I was expecting. Not sure why lady on phone said it had been sent by Iceland.
