My daughter bought me some, be careful and don't eat more than two in a day the results if you do are unpleasant.
Diabetics are actually told to avoid these products because of the sweeteners in them because our bodies don't know how to deal with sugar substitutesBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Butterfly Brain is quite right Thornton's Diabetic sweets and Chocolate are sweetened with sorbitol which is a natural laxative. It is very unwise to eat more than two occasional
I know this because I have a young child who has Type 1 diabetes . When he was first diagnosed I was advised not to buy these.
Generally those who have diabetes 1 or 2 are advised to eat a healthy diet with the occasional treat when control of the condition is good and the sweet/treat is accounted for in the diet.
Also not all diet sugar free products contain sorbiol and some are not sugar free but instead sweetened with fructose or another natural sugar and that is how the Sugar Free label is achieved.
