Remortgage with a Glitch

Morning, need some help
Trying to remortgage, my credit score is excellent but my wife's is poor as she is in a debt management scheme. Is there a way to remortgage without having to pay stupid interest rates. Have contacted a broker and went for the initial consultation but at that time I couldn't gain access to my wife's credit report, which I have access to right now. Any help/pointers would be appreciated.

So what else is there in addition to the DMP?
Defaults? If so, amounts and registration dates.
CCJs? if so, same info.
Chances are, you aren't going to get this at high street rates, so it's your call on proceeding off-high street, staying with existing lender and taking a customer retention product; or seeing if it's possible to remortgage into your sole name and do a transfer of equity to remove her from the ownership.I am a mortgage broker.
