Hello Pmeister - not quite the whole magazine - but they have plenty of archived articles on their website and a sneak preview of next edition - (bit difficult to read) here - but you've probably already been there??
Otherwise, and this is not actually free, but Tesco offer a subscription to Volksworld as one of their Clubcard deals (among many others) - here
costs only £12.03 in clubcard vouchers for a year's subscription, which would normally be around £48. Great if you have the Tesco vouchers, of course! Hope that helps!

Forgot to say - nice to know there are other Vdub fans out there (DH and I are the owners of a 1987 VW Transporter T25 camper which he is enjoying "tiddyvating" - was in great need of TLC when we bought it!
