My youngest daughter was at University when I was declared bankrupt. It did not affect her with regard to her student loan, but we had already been turned down for any LEA help.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

It won't effect your daughter as the loans will be in her name.Barclaycard 3800

do they take into account your money still or are you disregarded for income purposes - she is a mature student at 21.0

If she is a mature student then your earnings won't count anyway - you're no longer responsible for her and she is paying her own way through uni being the thinking for all mature students (no matter if they are 21 or 61, they're still all mature). So it's not a BR issue at all

Hope that helpsDo not feed the trolls please.0
