Perpetual offers?

Hello everyone.
I am a newbie in here so I don't know if I am doing the right things...
My question...
I have bought some products over the years from oakfurnitureland.co.uk
and they always seem to be having perpetual offers. is this allowed to happen? Since they are also the manufacturer I guess they set the RPI for their products hence having them always on offer isn't it king of illegal or misleading?
Thank you
