Looking for info on Bupa Care Assistant Induction/Training

Hi all,
I've been working as a home care assistant for a year and a half. I've always wanted to work in a care home and was offered a full time position within a Bupa care home which i accepted. Tomorrow i am starting my training which i've been informed is four days, classroom based from 0930-1630. I was going to wear casual clothes i.e a pair of jeans and comfy trainers but i've been told i should wear black trousers and a black top, even though they say we will be in a classroom and not actually working in the care home. Does anyone know what is involved in the training and what did you wear to it? With my previous care assistant job, the training was over three days, 0900-1430 but the trainer always allowed us to leave earlier and i felt that i hadn't learned enough so i'm hoping Bupa's training is more in depth. Also, does anyone know, how long after the training do you actually start the job roughly? Although i have read mixed reviews, good and bad, on Bupa care homes, i am really looking forward to starting. If anyone could help with the above questions i would appreciate it. Feel free to share your experience of working as a care assistant in a Bupa care home too.
Thanks in advance.
