Getting rid of fish smells

I have a small kitchen with no extractor fan and when I have cooked fish the smell lingers for days I have tried the usual sprays. Any suggestions please. Thanks

Put vinegar on a bit of kitchen roll and waft it around. Seems to work for some reason. Candles work better than sprays too.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
