Nationwide AIP > Full Mortgage Application

Nationwide gave us an agreement in principle about 2.5 weeks ago so we have now made the full application through our broker, which has been with them about 8 working days.

If you've had an AIP, and all your paperwork supports all the information originally supplied, what's the usual success rate of being made a full mortgage offer. Just starting to get twitchy feet that something is wrong - thought we might have heard by now?

Is it usually assumed that most NW AIPs turn in to full offers?

Has the valuation been done yet?

Yes on Thurs 2 May. Coincidentally the surveyor who surveyed our new house also came to our current home and did a survey for the buyer - our new house is a new build and said there was no issue with either valuation

Assuming Nationwide has everything else it requested, a case should be offered a couple of days after the valuation report arrives and is accepted.

Hope you have it sorted OP.

Sorry to bump this thread but didn't want to necessarily start a new one - I'm waiting for a AIP from Nationwide (taking a looooong time).

Just wondering, assuming I get the AIP, is it necessary to book an appointment in branch to proceed to full application or can you do it all online?

EDIT - just noticed the OP used a broker.
