The only reason why the Christmas holidays is that she has to go is a Christmas present to my mother I am so proud to have an app for the future and the Christmas Eve I love it

Its probably possibly to get you a mortgage of around £50-70k with some lenders so I dont think getting £27k will be an issue....
However, the problem you will probably find is that you want to purchase a property for £30k. Most lenders have a minimum valuation of around £50-80k
