I went shopping yesterday for this week as we had nothing but prawns and chips in the freezer, so went for a few multi purpose things that can also be bulked out with veg and lentils.
Sunday - chicken and veg pie, with chips for OH, salad for me.
Monday - pasta
Tuesday - beef stew with dumplings
Wednesday - prawn stir fry
Thursday - chicken enchiladas
Friday - chick pea curry
Saturday - fishcakes
I have brought lots of veg and salad for this week as OH has 3 days off mid week which makes it much easier for us to have nice fresh food rather than things that have been bulk cooked at the weekend and frozen. I am quite looking forward to this weeks dinners!0 -
