Last year I was able to download HSBC's rates in PDF format but I can't find the option to do this any more.
I don't suppose anyone has come across this?

Almost; that's Sept 2014 and there have been a couple of changes since then0

which I can print to PDF
I find it useful to see what rates they've been offering in the past to see if I've been making the right choices 0
