Hi I rang London Mortgage company and Kensington to reclaim my exit fees and both have declined stating there fees are justifiable.....
Is there anything else i can do, i have asked them to justify this and they have told me to put it in writing to them which i have but to date have heard nothing.

exit fees are justifiable. Its the amount of the increase that is under question. How much did they increase since you started your mortgage and redeemed it?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. What were they are the start of the mortgage though?
The amount is not something you can complain about. It is the difference between what was stated at the start and what it was when you redeemed the mortgage.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
