When Do The TESCO Clubcard Points Reset?

Says it all in the title, really! LOL! When will the August statment be sent out as my points still haven't reset?

Annoying isn't it, and it seems the shopping i have done is not being added on, I am sure I have spent more than has gone on since end of July!

Very annoying! I was just wondering that too, after being on a nappy shop this morning.
I have made sure that I have saved all my receipts showing what points still have to go on!
Some helpful person will know the answer!

I spoke to Tesco last week, and they have already been reset. The points you have been collecting since the last weekend in July will actually be on your November statements, although Tesco website will show them for August still.

Think someone on here said the last date was 30th July.

I can 2nd that, i spoke to tesco yesterday, as i've had some flights cancelled from xl.com and i paid with vouchers. So there now refunding my vouchers to tesco. Great eh. I told the lady i needed them to add on to aug, she said that if i keep checking my account, when there added on, they will send me out a voucher for cosmos, as it isn't my fault that xl.com finished.

Well i'm saving up for a holiday with cosmos, and i want to book it after i receive aug statement. But i was told that my points had been re-set last week. And vouchers will be sent out middle of aug, And there sent out at different days, as the post office request this.

Also xl.com have been pulled from the tesco clubcard deals.

I rang Tesco yesterday after noticing my points balance displayed as £10.50 and saying these points would arrive in my August mailing. Been collecting really hard so I was feeling a bit cross, but when I called I was told £87.50-worth of vouchers was on its way to me.

Yippee!!

Apparently the online statement page takes a while to reset.

Anyone else find the statements confusing? I've tried to monitor the last 2 quarters and I really can't see how they add them up! Plus my current online balance doesn't seem to include double points coupons that have been added - and then I can't make it match up with my limited shopping anyway!

I was also wondering where 800 points had gone! Have been waiting a few days for the statement to arrive but still hasn't. Glad others have noticed and are waiting too!

I'd like to know where the balance of points from my part-used vouchers is. No indication that it was added on to the recent statement that I received.
