Can't log into Spanish Orange.es

Hello.
I have had an Orange Mundo sim card for over 5 years as I go to Spain twice a year.
You have to top up the sim once every 360 to keep it alive. In the past I have been able to log into my online account to see the balance and calls made and the calls cost and other things also.
Today I went to log on and it said something about page not found. I tried 3 web browsers and the same result. I cleared cookies and still the same.
I used the phone to access the Orange.es site and I was able to log on and see everything on the mobile.
I was thinking that maybe Spain or Orange.es have stopped access from outside Spain for some reason.
Has anybody else had this problem? Is there a way I can get access by temporary changing my ip address to a Spanish one so I can log in or will this be hard/illegal to do.

Can you actually log on into the account pages. When I put in my mobile number and password then click enter it returns with page 404 and then words in Spanish.0 -
Good morning.
Well today I tried again on my pc , laptop and tablet and still nothing.
Tried the Spanish sim and that still works.
I then tried my O2 mobile to log onto the website and I get the same problem so then I tried using O2 mobile internet and I could connect and see my online account.
Using all the other methods still get no connection.
It makes me think that using Sky broadband/router maybe the problem not letting me get through to Orange.es site.
I need to have access to the account so I can keep up to date from England as I sometimes let my family use it if they are going to Spain.0
