James Dial (Snipes), a former sniper who worked as a CIA Operative, is coaxed out of retirement to finish a hit on a terrorist who had previously evaded him. The final job takes him from his ranch in Montana to London where he completes his mission and kills his target, only to find out that he has been double crossed and framed for killing a policeman.

This contemporary thriller, steeped in intrigue and action, is a must for Snipes fans and lovers of fast paced intelligent action films alike.
