Only way to get your credit record rectified, and to get a mutually agreed resolution.
You can't reissue a complaint to restart the clock! Unless the OP has a different reason for complaint, this route will be fruitless.0 -

Don't worry about your perfect credit score affected as its useless as far as lenders go as they don't see it.0

You're sending the OP on a wild goose chase - all writing to the lender will do is waste more time0 -

You are being stupid and stubborn.
You still owe them the final instalment, like it or lump it, so pay it.
Then you can start arguing the toss about your reward money.
They are two different things, you are confusing owing them money for goods and receiving 'reward' money .Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Unfortunately it is true, you have not paid your debt. The longer you drag this out the longer your credit file will be screwed. Sorry, but unless you don't want credit for the next 6+ years you'll need to make a payment arrangement.
Not in my eyes. There is no debt. There was no debt. Littlewoods created a 'debt' by removing the Reward Money from my account.
If they're so concerned I hadn't spent the Reward Money, why didn't they automatically use it to reduce what was owed on the furniture - instead of just nicking it off me.
Who in their right mind would willingly give up £48.0 -

Wrong Taff. Only a stupid person would pay it. They're not getting a single penny out of me. That furniture is PAID FOR.:D:p
And I am not confusing anything. A reward is just that. A reward. Look up the definition in the dictionary. That was MY money.0 -
Reward

a thing given in recognition of service, effort, or achievement.0 -
"Here's how Rewards works:
Shop Regularly
Simply place 1 order or more each season no matter how big or small to keep your Rewards status. Better still, earn promotion to the next Rewards level.
Earn Rewards
Shop each season and with every qualifying account payment of £20 or more you'll earn Rewards to spend like real money on anything you like in your catalogue or online. You'll also enjoy some really special offers too!
Remember
If you are unable to shop in a season, you will lose any unclaimed Rewards you have earned and drop down a level.
Reminder
You can easily keep track of your Rewards balance by checking your monthly statement, or at the 'My Account' page online."
I am not saying it's fair but the T&C are really very clear and I can't possibly see how you could have a case with the FOS. I honestly think you need to bite the bullet and just pay this before it escalates any further.
