SMA Sunny Portal Problem

Guys,
Anyone out there using SMA's Sunny Portal - Webconnect or Speedwire modules connected to the Interweb? (www.sunnyportal.com)
Mine was working fine until November 2013 when it suddenly stopped receiving data from the inverter/house. This coincided with Virgin replacing my router, so it was not clear quite what caused the problem. Virgin techies were at a loss, as were SMA's and for 4 months I had no data via that means. I also use Sunny Explorer within my home (only accessible via Bluetooth or the LAN but not from outside the LAN), so I know it was not the Speedwire board or the network connection within the house. It could of course still have been the router blocking some ports...
Then last year in March I had my second system fitted so everything was powered down and disconnected. Indeed, as part of the work they moved the original inverter to make space for the second and a neat job. When the system came back online the data flow to/from Sunny Portal resumed and the problem faded into insignificance until yesterday!
I was working from home and decided over lunch to take a peek at production numbers (sad I know) and noticed that Sunny Portal was a couple of hours out of date. It normally has a lag of about an hour for cumulative daily production but not 2 hours. Sunny Explorer was fine, so I knew the inverters were OK. By the end of the day nothing more had been recorded on Sunny Portal and the trend continues today. It looks like the old problem is back but this time nothing in the household has changed, no breakers tripped, no router reboot etc etc, so the cause must be Sunny Portal.
I turned the PV master AC breaker off last night to see if cutting the power to the inverter after sundown might solve the issue but so far today, no change. After sundown today I plan to head off into the attic and turn everything off up there too and leave it for a few hours to see if that does the trick but thought I would also see if anyone here has experience of the issue and solutions?

Hmm, having penned this thread, I launched the webpage again, both on the phone and the PC and all is back to normal, including the data for yesterday. How odd!0
