Buying online and shipping via another country

Hello,
I am from Canada, but I now live here in London. I want to buy a pair of sunglasses at the online Canadian store of Ray Ban instead of the UK because the exact same sunglass is at least £30 cheaper. If I mail it to my sister's in Canada and they mail it to me, do I need to pay customs charges when it arrives in the UK? They will of course repackage the shipment to make it look like a personal item.
