hello,
i have a mortgage in principle but i have noticed one of my three payslips doesnt match bank statement? it is about 19P different. will this cause any issues and would they write to my employer to confirm earnings?

Nobody will care about 19p, or £19, if it was out by £19k then you may have issues, but for 19p I think you can sleep soundly.0

It would come under scrutiny.
Three months payslips and three months bank statements are routinely requested by many brokers and lenders.
One of the reasons for this is to guard against artificial income inflation and the payslips net payments and bank salary credits are compared to ensure they match exactly.
I would suggest the borrower obtains an explanatory letter from their employer to cover this off prior to submission to a lender.I am a mortgage broker.
