Hi, just want to say, thank you to Martin for all the advice given in the past about claiming P P I back and to other forum users for sharing your experiences.I have just had a letter from Black Horse with an offer of £10,666.00😃Also rang the Nat West Bank about the miss selling of my advantage gold account, and they agreed, that I had been miss sold my account. They have paid me £2,500 😃, that was back in my account within a week. All the staff were very helpful, and dealt with my complaints in a professional manner. Thank you Martin this money is life changing. :beer:
