prize not received

hi

i won a prize on the advents and still havent received it ,i have messaged them 3 times via twitter and facebook and they only respone when i tag them on my facebook wall,each time saying that there has been a problem with various people.

what would be advised as the next step to try to get them to send my prize?

Their reply isn't a lot u can do other than wait.

Have u tried talking to them about subbing it for something else u can have. May not be possible if the prize is coming from third party.

Try & get a name & telephone number of a contact so u can call
