Can anyone recommend a Blog Ads company/site where I can place ads on my blog? For example pay per clicks, pays me a fee to advertise on my site etc.
I have already tried Google Adsense but got dismissed from them for some unknown reason!

You should look into why you were dismissed from Google. Often it can be if you clicked your own advert by accident.
Skimlinks is another one but Google Adsense are the big hitter, with the good money if you hit the right niche.
