$5000 loan, possible?

I'm a 19 year old, full time student with a part-time job, from California(USA). I've been applying to every lender imaginable and have been denied by each and every one of them. I am in serious debt, and I am looking for a personal loan of $5000 at-least, and I would be able to pay it off with interest within 14 months, may earlier. My question is, are there any lenders that would lend me this money, knowing that I have a low credit score, part-time job, and only 19 years old?

I'm just starting to realize how much credit really matters and now I want to do something about it, but can't find any help. Please if anyone know's of any lender that would maybe consider me, please let me know.
