    Appreciate if you could tell us the true cost you got /exchange rate at the ATM so we can compare? Card charges etc?

    I see the PO has a euro sale on for 24 hours. Just had a look onlne to see what you exchange rate they have. The more youorder the better rate you get:

    For £100 you get a rate of £1 to 1.333 Euros
    For £500 you get a rate of £1 to 1.339 Euros
    For £1000 you get a rate of £1 to 1.3589 Euros

    The last one seems like a pretty good rate.

    Post Office on-line rate is always better than their dismal counter rates
