After full credit check - asked for further info - should I still be worried?

Hi I was wondering if someone can help?
Im a FTB and 23 and I am in the unknown here completely. I don't want to keep pestering my broker as I know she has other clients too!
I put an application through to Natwest on 02/04/15 and apparently affordability has been passed and credit check done and is ok - the underwriter has asked for proof of deposit and DDM to be sent by my broker which was done and they have it registered on their system as received yesterday.
Does this mean that they only need to see this (which is definitely ok as I have double the amount needed for deposit) and they then will instruct the valuation? Or could they decline based on that even after they said the credit check and affordability were ok?
Basically should I still be worried/nervous?
This is my dream house and I want it so much!
Please help !

If you are unsure you should speak to your broker that is what she is being paid for.
If you are especially frantic she needs to understand this and help you manage accordingly.
Getting input on here will only make you worry more.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I know but she seems to get a little stroppy when I keep asking questions and I don't want to get her annoyed.
I just wanted to know whether they have a track record of saying no after they have approved the credit check and affordability and asked to see proof of deposit?0 -
She has no business being stroppy and you should tell her so.
If she cannot treat you with respect talk to her manager.

FWIW I bug my broker all the time (fairly complex case(s)). He seems fine with it.
For all I know I get called all the names under the sun afterwards, but outwardly he answers every question (even the asinine ones) promptly and completely.saving, saving, saving!0 -
Haha ok!
Im just worried as I don't have the best credit really and wondered if anyone had been declined after they have accepted affordability etc. that's all.0 -
She's your broker not your mum. Your question is perfectly reasonable. would you tolerate other people you pay for a service being stroppy with you?£1000 Emergency fund No90 £1000/1000

Clients often apologise to me for 'pestering me' I tell them that it is all part of the job.
I can be pretty merciless in pestering the lenders when I need to be.I am a Mortgage Broker
